Electone Marathon 2009
Today we had a whole afternoon of enjoyable electone performances by electone students. These are the photos by my own students : )
This afternoon featured various pieces which my CEC students learnt from their textbooks and playing as a group.
the highlights of the programme are the 2 "guests" items by the finalists of YEF 2008 and 2009 ensemble sections. Both groups won the best audience choice awards for the 2 years. the pieces they played were May Day's Lian Ai ING and Rainie Yang's Qing Zhu.
And if you have not heard enough of them, do drop by for their live performance on 18 Dec at 730pm, Plaza Singapura atrium. Together with my other winning team from YEF 2008, the Teens, let them revive you with Yoshihiro Andoh's Ayura.
Other pieces played on Sat were:
Porno Graffiti's Saudade
Arashi's One Love
T-Square's Omens of Love
Elcumbercero
Studio Gibli's theme songs
Mama Mia
and not forgetting the festive mood ahead with Jingle Bells.
